She's eating peas...

Last night was a big night in the Stickel household...

Did we unpack the last box? Ha! Hardly! Did Kate finally cook a meal in the new place? No, silly...
Erin ate peas! And she loved them!

Further proof that the child bears no genetic markers of her mother, Erin Maeve Stickel enjoyed a meal of smushed peas last night for dinner. Of course, hundreds of pictures were taken.

Sean and I were both overly excited - especially considering she then slept for a full night (10 p.m. to 5 a.m.) following the big event.

Goodbye, Waverly Road

So, we settle on Waverly Road today.

It was said saying goodbye yesterday... I will admit, I did cry. Didn't think I would, but I did.

Such great memories - bringing Erin home - getting married - working on the house - we lived there for six great years and really put our hearts into that place.

That being said... by the time I crossed WCP and was headed to the new, bigger, central-air-conditioned house... I was over it.

Settlement went well - I almost had a heart attack at one point when numbers didn't add up, but then it worked out. We celebrated with dinner at Gullifty's - and the worst waitress service I've ever had.

Goodbye, Waverly, hello Concord!!!!

Hello, Concord Ave

Well, we've settled on the new house - we now officially own two homes. Yikes!

I can't wait to get into the new place and start unpacking - and organizing. But before that, there are a lot of boxes and furniture items that need to be moved... ugh.

I think the room I'm most looking forward to is the bedroom. I'm most dreading unpacking the dining room.

Overall, I can't believe how many boxes are and can't wait to get to work!
